Right of Withdrawal
Note: The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, i.e. natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB). It does not apply to entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if the Provider has begun to perform the contract after
- the Customer has expressly consented to the Provider commencing performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- the Customer has confirmed knowledge that by giving consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
By activating the service (logging into the dashboard, connecting a Joomla site, downloading the plugin) you expressly consent to immediate execution and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
